OCTA is dedicated to education, preservation and enjoyment of the trans-Mississippi emigrant trails.<!--more-->The association features a large bookstore that offers the best available titles on the emigrant experience. &#8220;Emigrant Names,&#8221; a genealogy tool, is sold through the bookstore.
