Since then, we&#8217;ve grown to over\u00a0200 chapters throughout 31 states. Our progress is a matter of record, a record of which we are very proud.<span id=\"m_3753547357742875847m_4651308833024042307gmail-more-595\"><\/span>\u00a0We have used our specialized knowledge of stock, the backcountry and wilderness to support management and the public&#8217;s enjoyment of several national scenic\u00a0and historic trails, including the Appalachian (Great Smoky Mnts), Continental Divide, Pacific Crest, and Pacific Northwest national scenic trails and the Pony Express and Old Spanish national historic trails.
