Scope of Internship: To create a driving, walking, or biking tour that uses the izi.TRAVEL app to outline specific locations in New Jersey that have historical significance in regards to the Revolutionary War. The app will feature writeups about each location’s history, images, and coordinate points.
Favorite Moment/Biggest Achievement of Internship: Leading a hike of about a dozen people along a portion of the W3R-US trail. I enjoyed acting as a guide and explaining the history of the trail to the participants.
Future Career Aspirations: Engineer (mechanical or civil).
How has the internship prepared you for the future: Through my work so far, I have become very organized (keeping paperwork filed, purchases recorded, making data tables, etc), which will help me become an efficient worker.
