Kaliko Kalāhiki

Kalikoonāmaukūpuna (Kaliko) Kalāhiki is a Native Hawaiian student seeking to recenter environmentalism on Indigenous movements in order to directly address climate change and environmental injustice. They are a rising sophomore at Brown University, hopefully studying Ethnic Studies. With the Center for Law and Social Policy, Kalāhiki is a Changemaker working on the New Deal for Youth’s Environmental Justice and Public Awareness teams. With CNAY, they are a Generation-Indigenous Ambassador and assists with public outreach campaigns and other initiatives.
