Ross Marshall is the past president of the Oregon-California Trails Association (OCTA), the Santa Fe Trail Association (SFTA), and the Partnership for the National Trails System. He currently lives in the Kansas City area, and has been an officer and/or board member of OCTA’s Trails Head Chapter, SFTA’s Missouri River Outfitters Chapter, and the Kansas City Area Trails Association for most of the past 30 years. Over that time, he has been a frequent speaker and bus tour guide on the historic trails and have worked on practically every one of the scores of historic trails markers and wayside exhibits in the area. The Three Trails Corridor is one of his current focuses.
