Simon Rucker is the Executive Director of the Maine Appalachian Trail Land Trust, whose mission is to preserve and protect land surrounding the Appalachian Trail in Maine for public benefit. He formerly worked in the legal department for The Trust for Public Land and for a New York City entertainment law firm. He is a member of the Portland Land Bank Commission and lives in Portland with his wife and two children.
