Nicole Browning joined REI in 2018 as Sr. Program Manager, For All Marketing. In this   role, she drives strategy for Force of Nature and broader inclusion initiatives to take action on the REI’s core belief that a life outdoors is a life well lived FOR ALL. Prior to REI, she oversaw strategic communications and marketing for the University of Washington’s Division of Student Life. Since 2012, she has served on the board for Pride Foundation, the country’s largest LGBTQ community foundation. Nicole is an avid runner, cyclist and yogi whose passion is exploring the world with her wife and two year old daughter.
