Brad Paymar joined the Land Trust Alliance in September 2012. As the Northwest Senior Program Manager, he works directly with land trusts in Oregon and Washington, and more broadly as part of the Western Program of the Alliance. Brad focuses on building the capacity and effectiveness of land trusts, and inspiring innovative collaborative approaches to achieve greater mission impact. Prior to joining the Alliance, Brad worked for nearly 11 years as the Deputy Director of the Columbia Land Trust, based on Vancouver, WA. He helped grow Columbia Land Trust from six employees to over twenty, and led the accreditation effort for the organization.
