Deloris Gray Wood, BSE, BS, MA; Trail of Tears Association representative to the Partnership for the National Trails System’s Trail Leaders Council
Deloris served on the Partnership for the National Trail System’s (PNTS) Board. She continues to serve on PNTS’s Trail Leaders Council representing the Trail of Tears Association (TOTA). She also serves as a National Board Member for TOTA and serves as the Missouri Chapter President. While teaching photography at American University in Cairo she worked as a sub-editor on the Egyptian Gazette and as Foreign Correspondent for the Tulsa World and the Oil & Gas Journal in Egypt. She also taught journalism at Temple University while serving as co-editor & publisher of the Lost Generation Journal. She is a Missouri Folklore Scholar.
