Noelle has worked in the land management industry for over 15 years. She has on the ground experience with recreation management linked with open landscapes. Her work in Nevada, Wyoming, and Utah managing The Pony Express Historic Trail, Overland Trail, Continental Divide National Scenic Trail, and Old Spanish Trail Cut-off has increased her understanding of the National Trails System Act. Her involvement with administering numerous other recreation program components has allowed for better comprehension of National Trial System Act concerns. Currently Noelle Works for the Bureau of Land Management Wyoming State Office NCL/VRM Program Lead.
