Rocky Miller, PE, PLS, MBA, Board Member, Trail of Tears Association, Missouri
Rocky is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation and a member of the Board of the Trail of Tears, Missouri Chapter. He is a former candidate for Tribal Council for the Cherokee Nation and is a current State Representative for the State of Missouri.  He is currently Rules Chairman and has formally been Utility Chairman for the House of Representatives.

He is a Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor.  As a Land Surveyor, he has mapped and traversed many miles of the Ozark hills.

Rocky is the former owner of R. Miller Companies, an engineering and environmental services firm that has been in operation since 1970.  He has a Bachelor of Science-Civil Engineering, University of Missouri-Rolla and a MBA from St. Ambrose University.  He recently founded Trail Consulting, a government consulting firm.

He is married to Della Miller, owner of Missouri Association Management, one of the largest association management firms in the Midwest.  He is the father of 4 children and 8 grandchildren.  Rocky enjoys camping, hiking, biking and kayaking.
