Elena Daly
In 2007, Elena was awarded the Partnership for the National Trails System’s Extraordinary Trail Partner Award for her steady support of the National Trails System as an articulate spokesperson for the values that these trails represent, for ensuring that national scenic and historic trails are fully recognized as components of the National Landscape Conservation System, for support of Bureau of Land Management’s National Scenic and Historic Trails Strategy, and for fostering a constituent network to support the National Landscape Conservation System.
Jeff Jarvis
In 2011, Jeff was awarded the Partnership for the National Trails System’s Extraordinary Trail Partner Award for your unwavering service and support to the National Scenic and Historic Trails over many years with the Bureau of Land Management’s National Landscape Conservation System program. Jeff has been a stalwart manager and advocate for the conservation, restoration, and protection of the National Scenic and Historic Trails and their corridors as jewels of the National Trails System.
Susan “Butch” Henley
In 2007, Susan was awarded the Partnership for the National Trails System’s Special Recognition Award for her extraordinary contributions over 19 years to the Partnership for faithfully supporting the preparation and distribution of PATHWAYS Across America magazine.
Mike Dawson
In 2007, Mike was awarded the Partnership for the National Trails System’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his leadership in empowering partnerships among volunteers and public land management agencies throughout his career on behalf of the Appalachian Trail, the Pacific Northwest Trail, the Pacific Crest Trail and the National Trails System.
Ken Martin
In 2011, Ken was awarded the Partnership for the National Trails System’s Lifetime Achievement Award for more than 25 years of dedicated leadership with the National Pony Express Association. Your tireless effort and commitment played a key role in the Congressional designation of the Pony Express National Historic Trail. Your devotion to promoting the Trail has been outstanding as you have organized and participated in countless celebrations and rides.
